Hi there I am the lovely Sharpie,
I was sadly surrendered to the shelter when my owner had a change of circumstances and could no longer keep me.
I am your typical smiley and busy working breed who LOVES to be active. I would thrive in a home where I have lots of room to run and play as well as a family who will provide me with daily exercise and include me in as many daily activities as possible.
I have a very sweet nature and love my people, I do think I am a lap dog and love to crawl into your lap for cuddles. I am an excitable girl too and can be bouncy when excited.
I have never been allowed inside before so would be happy be an outside doggo, HOWEVER, I’m pretty sure being allowed inside with my humans would be the best thing ever!
I am super duper clever and know how to sit, shake and drop. I also have great recall and will happily walk alongside you off the lead (once I get to know you of course).
I LOVE toys and playing. I will need lots of mental simulation and interactive toys to help keep my mind busy and happy.
My previous owner said that I loved the beach, there is nothing quite like the sand between your toes and freshness of the sea.
I am social with other social pooches but can sometimes be a pit picky of who I would like to hang out with, if you have another dog at home please bring them into meet me to ensure we will be the best of friends. It is recommended that I got to a home with a playmate to keep me occupied as I get a bit naughty if I’m bored and may dig up your yard to show you that I need a friend to play with.
