Masie is such a sweet young lady who is quite happy doing her own thing, but she does still love to have time with her people to lap up some attention and affection from them. Masie is a pretty active girl so she will suit an active family who will take her out each day to burn all of the energy she has; at this point she hasn’t had much in the way of training or socialization so she will need some more training and outside exposure to get her where she needs to be for her future. Masie would love to be allowed inside the house to be with her people and curl up on her bed around them, when she is left alone for longer periods of time she will benefit from some enrichment and toys to keep her entertained and out of trouble. Masie is suited to a home with secure fencing. Masie is microchipped and her vaccinations are up to date. The new owner is required to register her.

Expression of interest form

You can also apply to adopt a dog by completing the expression of interest form.

The team at Domestic Animal Services carefully reviews every application to ensure each dog is matched to the most suitable family. Due to the large number of enquiries at certain times, please allow up to 10 business days for a response to your application. Please do not submit multiple applications for the same dog.

Suitable applicants will be contacted by phone to book a ‘meet and greet’ prior to adoption.

Please note, as Domestic Animal Services is open for walk-in adoptions, a dog can’t be placed on hold for adoption prior to a ‘meet and greet’ appointment being confirmed.

Unsuccessful expressions of interest will be notified by email.
