Diesel is a 4 year old, desexed male blue heeler.
We adopted him from a pound in Broadford, Victoria in February 2024 on a three month trial. We have loved getting to know him but have realised that he is not the right dog for our home. When we went to return him to the pound, they let us know that he would be euthanased, so we are working to avoid that. We have put in training hours with Diesel and he has picked things up really well! He has a lot going for him but at this stage he is not friendly to visitors or strangers. I put this video together to show what Diesel is like https://youtu.be/di9a5yaivRg
We play fetch with him a few times a day to keep him happy and exercised (even if just for a few minutes each time). We have kept him outside to keep our cat safe. When he comes inside, he goes in the crate. He has been fine about that.
